  2. Get a clean pot, put the dice yam inside the pot add little water and salt.
  3. Place pot on heat allow to boil for 10minutes then add oil, Maggi, onion and pepper.
  4. Wash fish with salt. then add it into the pot after 3 minutes then stir together
  5. Add ugwu leaf and stir immediately.
  6. Porriage yam is ready
